Vasil Levski Sofia Airport is starting the summer season with an enriched schedule that offers more travel options, new destinations, and an expanded route network. 30 leading airlines will connect Sofia with 94 destinations in the summer of 2026.

“The new summer schedule reflects our goal of offering an increasingly broad and diverse route network that meets the expectations of travelers – both for business and leisure. We are pleased that Sofia continues to solidify its position as a key aviation hub in the region.”, said Dimitar Bikov, Chief Marketing & Business Development Director at SOF Connect, the airport operator.

With the start of the summer season, Bulgaria Air is adding a new route to Portugal’s second-largest city, Porto. Flights begin on April 9 and will operate every Thursday and Sunday at convenient times.
