Customer Service Officer, Parking Department

The role:
The Customer Servise Officer, Parking Department supports drivers and passengers by providing information about parking rules, payment methods, prices, and services offered within the parking areas. The role involves organizing and controlling vehicle access and parking, monitoring traffic, and taking preventive actions to avoid congestion of people and vehicles in the parking areas.

The position is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all parking equipment through an integrated parking system and video surveillance system, maintaining radio communication with the team on shift, loading machines with tickets and paper rolls, working in cooperation with other departments and state control authorities, and patrolling public and service parking areas and zones.

Architect

The role:
The Architect prepares employer requirements for new projects; participates in the preparation of project documentation, including as-built drawings sketches and drawings, integration of structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements to the final architectural design, advising on the functionality and interior of the buildings; develops architectural projects at the airport, including coordination of designers, engineers, contractors and all airport stakeholders; produces detailed drawings, specifications and project timelines; coordinates design packages with the engineering teams; assesses the needs of the buildings and its users; participates in the preparation of the design assignment and the organization for engineering research; participates in the preparation of complex plans-schedules for the implementation of research, design, conducts design reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards; construction and technological works; integrates structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements into comprehensive architectural designs; provides expert advice on the functionality, interior, and exterior aspects of buildings; takes measures to increase the quality of design and estimate documentation; coordinates and facilitates effective communication between all project stakeholders; supports the preparation, coordination, classification, and storage of project documentation; complies with the technical, economic, environmental and social requirements for the design of the different projects/designs.

Technician, Electrical Systems MV – Airfield Lighting System

The Role:


The MV Electrical Systems Technician performs preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance, monitoring, and control of a complex of facilities and monitoring and control systems (brightness regulators, cable routes, transformers, and lighting units for the runway, taxiways, and apron; remote control and monitoring system for the ALS; apron lighting towers, electrical panels and projectors; MV and LV cable lines; switchgear: MV – indoor and compact substations, LV – distribution boards and electrical panels; MV and LV junction boxes; transformer substations and fuses; indoor and outdoor lighting systems; generators, electric motors, and converters; switching devices, starting, regulating and measuring equipment; batteries and chargers; AGL Scada control software; AGL PLC for monitoring and controlling constant current regulators).
The technician is familiar with the configuration, schematic diagrams, functional features, operating principles, management, and maintenance of airfield lighting facilities and systems; understands the required parameters of the entire ALS related to the safe and uninterrupted operation of air traffic; performs operational maintenance of facilities and adjusts their parameters to required tolerances during fault rectification; ensures operational safety by coordinating activities with Air Traffic Control; performs operational coordination with relevant airport services to ensure the normal functioning of the lighting system.
Fills in operational and technical documentation as regulated by applicable standards.

Technician / Mechanic for Specialized Airport Systems

The Role:

The Technician / Mechanic for Specialized Airport Systems is responsible for the maintenance, preventive servicing, and ensuring the continuous operational readiness of key airport systems. They ensure the technical functionality and safe operation of equipment by promptly resolving any malfunctions. Responsibilities include the preventive maintenance and servicing of airport systems such as BHS (Baggage Handling Systems), PBB (Passenger Boarding Bridges), GPU (Ground Power Units – 400Hz), VDGS (Visual Docking Guidance Systems), and others. The technician also monitors the technical condition of equipment such as automatic doors, shutters, elevators, escalators, etc.; responds to breakdowns and emergency situations; follows technical specifications and safety instructions; and accurately and promptly troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
