We advise you to comply with the requirement of the airlines and be at the airport two hours before the flight, as the Bulgarian Civil Aviation Administration recommends to be at least two hours and thirty minutes before the flight.

Important information for travelers to Varna and Burgas!
If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.
This means that you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and business lounge located in Terminal 2 before your journey.

The VIP lounge is located in the western wing of Terminal 1 – Departures and has an entrance of its own, providing an access to four separate rooms– one main room and two separated rooms with about 20 seats each. The separate parking area intended to meet the needs of our VIP clients, the elegant interior and the special personal treatment of each of our visitors, including the personal escort to and from the plane, constitute a part of Sofia Airport’s compliments to the users of the VIP service – provided upon payment of the relevant fee.

Guest also have at their disposal a TV, Wi-Fi and cable internet connection, Bulgarian and international press, periodicals, as well as different types of refreshing non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and food.

In addition to the discreet and excellent service, all of the above-mentioned characteristics of the VIP lounge make it a preferred venue with representative functions for press conferences or interviews held during visits by public personalities or internationally renowned figures.

VIP service prices vary depending on the type of service and the booking interval.

For departing passengers, if the booking is made more than 24 hours before the flight, the price is 170 Euro / 332.49 BGN. If the booking is made less than 24 hours before the flight, the price is 200 Euro / 391.17 BGN.

For arriving passengers, if the booking is made more than 24 hours before the flight, the price is 120 Euro / 234.70 BGN. If the booking is made less than 24 hours before the flight, the price is 156 Euro / 305.10 BGN.

The use of VIP services and rental of the lounge as an event or press conference venue is 150 Euro / 292.50 BGN incl. VAT for up to 2 hours, and 20 Euro / 39.00 BGN incl. VAT for each additional started hour after the initial two hours.

Payment can be made on site in Bulgarian levs or euro, in cash or by credit or debit card.

The service for children up to 3 years of age is free of charge.

The VIP Parking is located in front of the VIP Lounge, next to Departures at Terminal 1. The capacity of the parking is 74 spaces.

The prices of the paid VIP service under item 1 include consumption of food (mix of nuts, salty and sweet biscuits and other snacks), mineral water, tea, coffee, hot and cold soft drinks and beer. All food and drinks are available for consumption on site in unpacked condition only. Concentrated alcoholic beverages and wine are also available in the VIP-B coffee bar for an additional charge.

The lounge operates according to guest requests and Sofia Airport flight schedule.
