Important information for travelers to Varna and Burgas!
If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.
This means that you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and business lounge located in Terminal 2 before your journey.

BULGARIA HOSTS THE MEETING OF THE LEADERSHIP & HUMAN RESOURCES FORUM OF THE EUROPEAN AIRPORT ASSOCIATION – ACI EUROPE

Our country, represented by SOF Connect, the operator of Sofia Airport, hosts the 22nd meeting of the Leadership & Human Resources Forum of the European Airport Association ACI EUROPE.

Ivaylo Ivanov, the Minister of Labour and Social Policy, sent a congratulatory address to the participants in the meeting. At the beginning of the forum, SOF Connect announced its membership in the Bulgarian Association for People Management, and Dobromira Siarova-Manasieva, Board Member of the organization officially handed over the membership certificate to the company.

“The forum brings together leaders and top experts in the field of HR management. This is a unique opportunity to discuss the latest trends, challenges and innovations that will shape the future of the aviation industry. We are delighted that it is Bulgaria and its largest international airport that are hosting this prestigious event,” said Jesus Caballero, CEO of SOF Connect.

In the two-day program, HR leaders discuss the latest trends and challenges in the industry. The event offers many panel discussions that encourage the exchange of expertise and ideas. Key topics include innovations in talent management, strategic approaches to employee development and the future of the workplace, sustainable workforce development and etc.
