A shop with the top sellers after border control area of Terminal 2 is the new offer for travellers passing through the capital’s airport. There you can find a variety of chocolate products, a selection of Bulgarian wines and rakia (Bulgarian traditional alcohol drink), international spirts, perfumes, children’s toys and other popular items. The expanded food and beverage is also close to the shop, offering quality and a cosy atmosphere. A new perfumery and cosmetics promotional area is also coming soon. The complete transformation of the commercial area is part of SOF Connect`s programme to improve the passenger experience and provide quality products and services. The designated shopping areas before the flight gates give travellers the opportunity to choose between Bulgarian and international brands, as well as to spend a pleasant time before their flight.
In addition to new commercial offers SOF Connect is also in the process to upgrade seating area and restrooms. The furniture modules that are part of the interior refurbishment are made from recycled bottles and have built-in charging stations for different types of electronic devices.
