Important information for travelers to Varna and Burgas!
If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.
This means that you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and business lounge located in Terminal 2 before your journey.

Additional information

“SOF Connect” JSC invites all interested parties to express their interest in participating in the procurement with the subject ,,Acquisition of a new airfield tanker for the fleet of the warehouse for FOL, for refueling aircraft with a volume of up to 45 m³“.

Purpose:

The tanker is designed to transport aviation kerosene.

Regarding submission of оoffers for the tender procedure we hereby inform you and clarify the following:

  1. All tenderers should submit technical proposal which meets best the requirements set out in the technical specification.
  2. Sof Connect AD will also accept technical proposal which meets higher or equivalent requirements.
  3. Offers submitted electronically shall comply with the following requirements:
  • Offers submitted electronically shall be signed with valid qualified electronic signature
  • The offer – technical, financial and all other documents which require signature – shall be signed by the participant’s representative, according to his current registration, or by his explicitly authorized representative/proxy, which shall be evidenced by a power of attorney.
  • Offers shall be sent to e-mail address procurement@sof-connect.com
  • Depending on the size of the files attached to the e-mail procurement@sof-connect.com the bidders can use web exchange platform. In this case bidders shall provide link to the web exchange platform with unlimited access and time validity, and if requested – username and password to be provided.
  • The documents shall be submitted in PDF format or .dwg. (Viewer compatible format).
  • The documents containing price parameters to be sent in separate e-mail message (with direct link to web exchange platform – if applicable), clearly indicating that the enclosed documents contain the price proposal. All administrative and technical documents, attachments, and drawings to be sent separately from the e-mail containing price parameters.
  1. Offers submitted on paper/hard copy, in person or by post to the address provided in the RfI:
  • All documents containing price/financial parameters to be placed in separate sealed envelope/package put together with the general package documents. The envelope/package with the financial parameters to be clearly indicated that contain price proposal/parameters.
  • In addition to the documents submitted on paper, Bidders shall provide an electronic copy of all documents that are submitted on paper.

Deadline for expressing interest: 03/02/2023

To save the environment, SOF Connect prefers the offers to be submitted electronically.
