If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.
This means that you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and business lounge located in Terminal 2 before your journey.

RYANAIR WITH FLIGHTS FROM SOFIA TO RHODES FROM JUNE

Direct flights from Sofia Airport to the Greek island of Rhodes will start on 3 June. Tickets are on sale now. Book yours on the Ryanair website. Flights to the warm destination will be on Tuesdays and Saturdays and will run until the end of September.

The summer destination is an addition to the carrier’s network, which in March will also launch flights to the Polish city of Wroclaw. Other new additions to Sofia Airport’s summer schedule include Wizz Air flights to Riyadh and Yerevan, as well as Oslo, where Norwegian Air Shuttle will fly to.

Sofia Airport adds that it continues active negotiations for more than 80 new destinations with traditional and low-cost carriers. The expansion of the network is part of the airport’s programme to provide more opportunities for passengers to reach multiple destinations around the world directly or by connecting.
