If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.

SHOP ONLINE FROM DUTY FREE SHOPS AT SOFIA AIRPORT

From today, passengers at Sofia Airport can reserve items online from the airport’s shops and pick them up on the spot. The company operating the shops, Dufry, is now offering „Reserve and collect“ service for passengers’ convenience.

The https://sofia.shopdutyfree.com/ platform allows online pre-ordering to be picked up at the airport before the flight. The system works for three international airports in Bulgaria – the capital`s and those in Varna and Burgas and is similar to an online shop. Items are paid for and collected on the spot, are not sent by post and can be reserved 24 hours before departure at the latest.

„Reserve and collect“ service saves time and offers various promotions for travelers through Sofia Airport. It is part of SOF Connect and Dufry’s overall vision to improve the passenger experience.
