SOF Connect, in partnership with Avolta – the global leader in travel retail and F&B – announces the development of three new food and beverage (F&B) outlets at Vasil Levski Sofia Airport. With these otlets, Avolta introduces its unique F&B concepts for the very first time at a Bulgarian airport.
At Terminal 1, two new outlets will welcome passengers – Amo and Sofia Eats. Amo is bringing an all-day Italian food and drink concept to the terminal, featuring freshly prepared pasta and other iconic Italian dishes. Sofia Eats was created exclusively for Sofia Airport, celebrating Bulgarian culinary traditions with seasonal and regional recipes in a warm, local setting.
At Terminal 2, in the non-Schengen zone, Brew’d will open – a concept offering a menu of warm, shareable meals and grab-and-go items ideal for takeoff. The new outlet will be located right next to the upcoming “Last Minute” shop.

These new outlets complement the already announced joint projects with Avolta, which include a full renovation of the Terminal 1 retail area – expanded to nearly 800 sq.m. and the new duty free shop in the non-Schengen zone of Terminal 2.
