SOF Connect, the operator of Sofia Airport, in partnership with Aviation-Event are organising the first ever international aviation conference Aviation-Event 2024 SOF to be held on 29 November 2024 in Sofia.
The forum will be opened by Krasimira Stoyanova – Minister of Transport and Communications, Jesus Caballero – CEO of SOF Connect and Marcel Riwalsky – CEO of Aviation-Event.
Keynote speakers at the conference include Charles Schlumberger – Lead air transport specialist from the World Bank, Morgan Foulkes – Deputy Director General of ACI EUROPE, Mark Tyler – Consulting Director at SITA, Michael Kerkloh – Member of the Supervisory Board of Hannover Airport and more than 20 other leaders and aviation experts.

A highlight of the programm is the panel “Navigating the Skies: Aviation’s Vital Role in Global Economic Development and the Future Perspective: A Spotlight on MRO Bulgaria”. The topic will be discussed by Jesús Caballero from SOF Connect and Preslav Milchev from Lufthansa Technik Sofia.
