At a special ceremony, SOF Connect awarded its best employees for the past year for the second consecutive year. “Employee of the Year” is the first internal corporate initiative with developed criteria and evaluation system of SOF Connect.
At the ceremony, in the presence of trade unions and employees, CEO Jesus Caballero presented the Employee of the Year Award to Svetlozar Nikolov. He played a key role in the preparation and approval of the company’s financial model. Svetlozar is always willing to go the extra mile in his daily commitments and is constantly supportive of his colleagues.
In addition to the Employee of the Year award, six professionals were also honoured in different categories:
- Professional Commitment – Ivan Mechkarsky from the Security Directorate;
- Integrity – Andrey Garkov from Safety Directorate
- Respect – Raina Yordanova-Koleva from the airport’s passenger agency;
- Customer Focus – Antonina Ivanova from the Human Resources Directorate;
- – Creativity – Maria Kafelova from the Marketing and Business Development Directorate
- Implementation of Sustainability Standards – Edmon Shahinian from the Peron Services Department.
