Important information for travelers to Varna and Burgas!
If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.
This means that you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and business lounge located in Terminal 2 before your journey.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORGANISATION BETWEEN THE TWO TERMINALS ON 23, 24 AND 25 JUNE

Dear passengers and visitors of Sofia Airport,

From 23rd to 25th of June in the park near Terminal 2 of Sofia Airport will be held a charity motor-car show “Moto Fest – Sofia 2023”, which aims to support donation and transplantation. In this connection, we would like to inform you that traffic will be temporarily organized in the section between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Sofia Airport during the following periods:

– On 23.06.2023 (Friday) from 15:00 to 17:00;
– On 24.06.2023 (Saturday) and 25.06.2023 (Sunday) from 13:00 to 15:00.
During these time intervals, parking, stopping and entering of vehicles will be temporarily prohibited in both directions, except for public transport buses and inter-terminal transport, which will be allowed to drive on the following streets:

– Prodan Tarakchiev Street in the section between Christopher Columbus Avenue and Brussels Avenue;
– Maria Atanasova Street in the section between Brussels Avenue and Prodan Tarakchiev Street.

We ask all travellers on these days and times to plan their arrival at the airport in advance. If you arrive in advance, you have the opportunity to participate in the charity event.
