Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, has revealed the most popular destinations for Bulgarians during Christmas. The latest Ryanair data shows that among holiday destinations from December 21 to January 6, the UK is the most popular, accounting for 26% of all flights chosen by Ryanair customers during that time. In second place is Italy at 19%, and the top 3 is rounded off by Germany, where 16% of Ryanair’s Bulgarian passengers will fly during this period. These are followed by Spain (10%) and Austria (7%).

Winter city-break destinations remain most popular during Xmas & New Year. After London and Vienna, Bulgarians most often choose Italian Milan-Bergamo and Spanish Barcelona. These destinations are selected for both work and leisure travel.
