Important information for travelers to Varna and Burgas!
If you are planning a domestic flight from Sofia Airport, it is advisable to be at the airport 2 hours before your departure. From now on, flights will be served from gates located in the inner part of Terminal 2.
This means that you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the shops, restaurants and business lounge located in Terminal 2 before your journey.

SOF Connect AD hereby informs all interested parties that, in preparation for the upcoming Pre-Qualification Phase of a tender procedure with subject: Design and Construction of new Terminal 3, Curbside, Transportation Center, and modernization of the existing Terminal 2 of Vasil Levski Sofia Airport, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been made available alongside this notice.

 

The NDA contains confidentiality obligations designed to ensure the secure handling of all documents and information shared during the tender process. In order to access the Pre-Qualification Documentation and participate in this stage, each prospective bidder is required to:

  1. Download and review the NDA uploaded with this notice;
  2. Duly sign the NDA by the company’s legal representative or by an authorized individual holding a valid Power of Attorney; and
  3. Send the signed NDA to procurement@sof-connect.com with email subject: “Terminal 3 Tender – NDA [company/ participant name]”

The NDA (and Power of Attorney, as the case may be) shall be submitted signed either (i) electronically through qualified e-signature or (ii) by hand in wet ink, in which case the documents shall be submitted as a scanned copy, with two hard copy originals to follow to SOF Connect. Only bidders who have submitted a duly signed NDA will be granted access to the full Pre-Qualification Documentation and permitted to participate in the tender procedure.
